We have stayed at this hotel many times, and it is consistently great. If you are a member of AAA, reserve online through them for low rates and a free breakfast. The food is fabulous at the buffet, rooms elegant and comfortable, staff well trained. The only negative is the cost of parking, $25 per night for self park. The location is just one block from the 16th Street mall, and easily accessable to all of Denver. We love this hotel!

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view if possible, higher floors also have a great view of downtown and less a/c noise.

Dear DimosLKH,

Thanks for your loyalty, and the five stars! AAA members can receive a great benefit with breakfast included; it is great that you were able to take advantage of that. The parking rate does include in and out privileges which most of the nearby lots will charge each time. If you ask valet we can direct you to other lots that might have lower rates. We hope you can come back again soon.

Air conditioning didn't work well in the room. Had a great view and clean room.

We booked on Priceline and were happy with 80.00 rate for downtown 4 star property. Check in speedy, but I called ahead twice about room preference, and it was still listed wrong in computer. I would highly recommend Peaks lounge for drinks, snacks and beautiful views of city. Hallways and room were clean. Bed was comfortable but not heavenly! There was no exhaust fan in bath...made for foggy mirror and steamy room. Friendly, helpful servers in Altitudes restaurant. typical buffet breakfast. Lobby floor and furniture could use some cleaning.

The property is well staffed and maintained. Cavernous lobby and bar/social area lends itself to large meet and greets before or after meetings. Meeting rooms were comfortable, AV good. Room service was timely. Immediate downtown area is a bit sketchy.

Chic yet practical. Food outstanding. Walk to just about anywhere. Light rail nearby. Nice views. Only change I'd make is to improve the lighting, especially in bathroom vanity area. What is it with these energy saving lights that are insufficient? So tired of dimly lit hotel rooms.
