A good pizza spot in the heart of downtown. We had a yummy sausage pizza, Caesar salad and drinks and everything was great. Definitely sit outside and do some people watching.

We love love love this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wine list is excellent. Appetizers were spectacular. They even accommodated our four-year-old daughter very well

This restaurant attached to the convention center in Denver, one of two in town is an amazing Italian place. When the grilled chicken is good you know you are in the right place. The giant meatball was good, but the sauce was outstanding. The burata with roasted garlic and peppadew peppers was memorable. The pizza was a nice compromise between authenic Naples style and American taste. I certainly have never eaten in a better restaurant that was part of a convention center complex ! Overall rating 4.4.

Reviews are good, but service below average (waiter didn't seem to know much about the dishes). And the food was nothing special. We had the rigatoni Bolognese and the neopolitan fish stew, neither of which was even average. Maybe just an off night for that place all the way around.

Chose Pizza Republica because we are spoiled on wood fired oven pizza. They hit the mark: thin crust, right amount of sauce and cheese. We had the basic with basil. My wife had the beet salad to start with and raved about it. I had the pork belly coussollet. The pork belly was awesome (you have to like fat, it melts in your mouth). I wished they had only found the huge white beans they use in France. They have an extensive Italian wine list. I chose a very nice Pinot Noir. we had dark chocolate ravioli for dessert, different. I enjoyed them. The atmosphere was upscale, not too loud to have a conversation. The staff were top notch. Pizza Republica should have higher ratings or not enough Trip advisor reviewers go there.
