Description: A new look at the tastes of the Mediterranean inspired by the cuisines of Spain, Italy & Southern France. Boldness of taste, purity of ingredients, simplicity of presentation and uncomplicated describes the food. Made by hand each dish showcases the flavors of this area. Olivea's menu changes seasonally to make the most of the current harvests and reflect the values of ourselves as well as the countries we emulate. Olivea also celebrates the Mediterranean shared sense of exuberant hospitality and extroverted love of food.

My nephew and his wife suggested this restaurant, it did not disappoint. Service was outstanding and food delectable. The baby parsnips were luscious. Mint fettucine was a perfect balance of flavors. Eggplant meze was beautifully presented and scrumptious. Wild grouper was a bit overcooked (not enough to send back) with yummy sides. Chocolate phyllo cone was melt-in-your-mouth divine.

I asked if they could put a candle in dessert for my nephew's wife's BD ... they said "sure, we'll do something special" ... they served us a lovely glass of champagne with our appetizers (on the house)! Delightful dining experience from the moment we walked in until we left, it's on our list for our next Denver visit.

Everyone in our party on Saturday night enjoyed dinner from the great cocktails and wine through the shared small plate appetizers and main course entrees. What totally blew us away was the watermelon raviolo appetizer - pulled pork sandwiched between thin slices of watermelon with smoked sea salt. We ordered it just because we couldn't imagine what it would be like. At the first bite, everyone's eyes widened and we all said, "yum!!" Next time I'm in Denver I know where I'll be eating and what I'll be ordering.

This could not be done any better! The food is Devine, the service spot on. We arrived for a late dinner and were treated as if we were the only guests in the room. The food is forward, creative and gorgeous in its presentation. This was a first time dine and it will not be the last. If you have not discovered this on your own yet you are missing out. Culinary miracles are taking place within the kitchen. Only negative is the place is small and the tables are tight. Love, love , love it!

We celebrated an anniversary here, and we had a very enjoyable time. The recent positive reviews are spot on. The waiter recommended our party of six consider the prix fix, which would include six different appetizers and dessert. I think it's a good option to consider, so that if your party is into sharing like us, you can sample many of the different creative offerings. The staff is attentive, friendly and even entertaining, if you let Dean challenge you with some trivia. There is parking behind the restaurant, so be sure and take advantage of that, or you'll waste a lot of time looking for a spot in this very busy neighborhood.

I’m in love with new restaurant Beast+Bottle in Denver for all of the reasons one should love a place: organically and locally sourced food that’s so deliciously prepared, a great wine list, an inviting and beautifully decorated dining room, fun signature cocktails, and cute staff who look superfine in their Levis.
