“One of the best meals I've had all year”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 24, 2013

I’m in love with new restaurant Beast+Bottle in Denver for all of the reasons one should love a place: organically and locally sourced food that’s so deliciously prepared, a great wine list, an inviting and beautifully decorated dining room, fun signature cocktails, and cute staff who look superfine in their Levis.

“creative food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 14, 2013

A group of us went to the Beast and Bottle for a birthday celebration. The menu was really diverse and creative. Lobster pasta was outstanding. A great selection of creative meats well prepared were also available. The wine list was interesting and not too pricey. The restaurant is in uptown which is just a very short distance from downtown denver. Maybe not a walk but a short taxi ride or drive gets you there. Its a bustling part of town and a lot of fun. The staff was courteous and helpful. As a Denver native it is a really nice addition to the dining scene. The atmosphere is fun albeit a little loud. Great place to eat.

“Seriously good food.”

My sister and I stumbled upon this restaurant yesterday while walking around Denver. WOW. Great food, service and ambiance. I had the quinoa hash. Absolutely delicious. And my sister
had a chicken salad. We both loved our food. Hard to believe this place ever had a bad review. I

“Fantastic Dinner!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 26, 2013

We live in Denver and Beast & Bottle has been on our to-try list for some time now, and our last date night we decided to try and it was absolutely terrific! The atmosphere was so cozy and chic, yet very farm inspired, and you can show up in casual wear or dressed up. We had top notch service and all of the recommendations were spot on. We ordered a litro of wine and it was perfect for 2 people. The wine ranged in prices and was very reasonable and delicious.

The menu is not very extensive but everything on it was delicious. If you go this summer you must try the Trout Sashimi- it was so delicious and extremely unique, I have never seen it on a menu anywhere! Also the Quail with Quinoa was fantastic. Overall it was a truly wonderful dining experience and I can't wait to go back for their brunch! A great spot for date night or a fun night out with friends.

“We heart Beast and Bottle!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 15, 2013 via mobile

We live in Denver and dine here often. In fact, it is now our go-to spot for a date night for several reasons. Their food is consistently delicious, service consistently fantastic, and the wine is not over-priced and is typically paired to perfection. To make the meal extra special, I recommend a few things: if your appetite is large enough, do the four-course price fixed menu with the wine pairings. Even if you don't go with price fixed, have your wines paired. I'm a wine lover and have always been pleased with the wine pairings. After all, the owner is in Somm training, so she knows her wines! We have probably dined here 6 times or more and have never been disappointed.
