My family and I enjoyed a great selection for Brunch, and experienced impeccable service. Everything I expected from such a great restaurant in a great hotel.

“A Native boy finally gets there!”
Reviewed January 30, 2013

As a Denver native, and approaching my mid-50s, I felt it was high time for me to visit the Brown Palace and Ellyngtons! I can say, unreservedly, it was WELL worth the wait! We decided to go for the Sunday brunch, and it was, without doubt, the best brunch I have ever had.

The food was outstanding, well-presented, and may be the best food I've EVER had, and that's saying quite a lot. The wait staff were all courteous, attentive, and never overbearing, as in some high-end restaurants. The setting of the Brown Palace made it all worthwhile, especially knowing its deep history. Expencsive but for treat, I can recommend it highly!

“Best brunch in town!”
Reviewed January 27, 2013 via mobile

We come here for the Sunday champagne brunch for our anniversary every year! We absolutely love, love, love this place! Huge variety of fresh, delicious food, and bottomless champagne. If you like eggs Benedict, ask your waiter & they will bring it to you, it is delicious! Live band playing, outstanding ambiance, delicious food, & superb service...this place can't be beat!!

incredible service and nice atmosphere in the Brown Palace. Food was very good. I had soup/salad - a lot of choices in salad but everything else too. Nice bright room.

“Terrific brunch”
Reviewed January 3, 2013

Really enjoyed the brunch. Something for everyone. Great raw bar and reasonable sushi, along with carving stations, terrific dessert line up, omelet bar, and all the carbs you could eat and more.
