The salmon salad was light and tasty! Good overall service! Located in the 16th street outdoor mall area!

I had the truffle fries for an appetizer and the bison short ribs for the meal. Both were excellent. The bison short ribs were very tender and the glaze added a great taste to the meat. The sides were also very good. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a cross between a college music bar, an art house and a western theme. This was a great place and I will be sure to return next time I am in town.

Had the Steak Frites and Pistachio Seabass. Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. Seabass sat atop a bed of thinly sliced beets and quinoa. Never had that before and was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. Added sautéed mushrooms to my steak for $1 more. Wasn't really worth it as it was only about a shot glass amount of mushrooms in the cup. Service was fast and friendly and we didn't have to wait at all for a table.

This a nice little brewery with happy hours for 3 to 6 and then later from 10 to ? (Never made the 10:00 happy hour). The outdoor patio seating is right on the 16th Street Mall and its great to sit and people watch with an ice cold beer. The Denver Pale Ale and True Blonde are both good. During happy hour Thursday they had live music; one man band with acoustic guitar and harmonica...very nice. We visited twice during our 4 day stay in Denver. Will revisit if ever there again.
