“Fantastic meal at an old favorite”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 15, 2012

I sat at the bar because I was alone and I couldn't have been happier with my meal and personalized service from the bartender. He had a knowledge of the food that went beyond most other bartenders I have experienced. The food definitely seemed more "modern" than previous meals here. The Caprese salad had Tomato foam and Balsamic pearls that burst in your mouth. I had a small plate of pasta with lobster and small mushrooms that was over the top. The sauce was actually just like a lobster bisque. I couldn't have enjoyed it more. Best meal I have had here ever.

“Finest Italian in Denver”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 30, 2012

This is a superb Italian restaurant. Fine wines. Great food. Ambience. The owners take the staff to Italy each year to go to wineries and to learn about Italian wines and cooking. Pop in and sit at the bar for a quick appetizer and to taste the wine. The staff is unequaled in Denver restaurants. They know what they are talking about. Wine room is available for special occasions. Held my wife's 60th there. The owner served us and it was an event to be remembered. Special treat was a menu designed for the occasion.

“Another Italian Place”

There was nothing special I could see about this restaurant. Someone else was paying; I've never been back on my own.
