If you are looking for unique. Try Cuba Cuba.
Denver has nothing else like this place. Two converted homes into an intimate authentic Cuban Restaurant. Complete with a small bar, seasonal patio.
This is the perfect neighborhood place to go if you are looking for something other than the usual places.
Great food and tasty drinks.
Check it out.

May i say the Dark & Stormy cocktails are delicious. The pork fell right off and was so flavorful. The ceviche was great. Gets pretty crowded and loud at times, but otherwise, a place i like to come back to again and again

The ambiance at the bar is excellent. The mojitos are a must have. This is the best latin food restaurant in Denver. Make sure to try the vaca frita and the tostones. My wife is a big fun of the paella.

Traveling from the western slope, where there is very limited range of cuisine, we were looking for something a little different, spicy and unforgettable. It was a cold night, yet we walked from our hotel, not sure where we were going to go. When we found this little restraunt, it was almost by accident. Tucked into two former homes now connected, with warm lighting and fabulous spicy scents, Cuba Cuba is hip but not too hip and crowded, in a friendly "come on in" way. The food was delicious. My boyfriend had a meat dish and I had a vegetarian dish, made up of beans and rice and spices and hearts of palm. Both were delicious. The house wine was yummy, too. The service wasn't perfect, but it was fine and it was a very busy night. We had no reservations and were seated immediately. Lucky us!
