This place is great for when you want Queso and Tacos or Fajitas. I really like the Margs, too. Service is usually at least good. Laid back and kid friendly.

The food and drinks are okay here. I didn"t find this particular restaurant to be a WOW for Mexican food in the Denver area, but you cannot go wrong eating here either. Hence, the average rating.

We're so regular, some of the waiters know us. The margs are the stuff of legend -- they use apple juice to reduce the acidity, and use lime juice instead of sweet-and-sour. Order them straight up, and you'll get more alcohol; two minis for lunch is about one large, and a buck or two cheaper.

The food used to be mediocre -- something to wash down the margs with -- but they have upgraded it nicely in recent years. I still have part of a quesadilla as a left-over in the 'frig. If you judge by how we vote with our feet, the Rio deserves six stars.

Always crowded but always good. This is the only restaurant where my wife will order seafood enchiladas. the service was excellent and you are not rushed, even though there are always people waiting. No reservations so go early.

Best Margaritas in town...just limit yourself. They are special and the food is reasonably priced for an enjoyable meal. Service is always good.
