Great place to come watch a game, but what does it for me, is the great selection of english beers and good quality pub food.
Fish and chips and a pint of Tetleys anyone?

If you at all love world football (or soccer for you Americans), you need to get your butt over here. And if you don't love world football, this place just might get you to start.

FOOTBALL:
If there is a Premier League, Champions League, Euro, World Cup, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A or any other game happening — Three Lions knows about it. It's definitely a British pub first and foremost, but I've never seen better crowds for the Madrid/Barcelona games than here either. They usually open at 7am on weekends, but if a big Premier League game is starting at 6:30am, they'll be open then, too. You can catch their updated schedule each week on their website.

FOOD:
Any British pub needs to have good fish & chips, and the ones here are definitely some of the best I've had, including the ones in England. I come here for the English Breakfast, though. Delicious bange, rashers, mushrooms, beans, fried tomatoes, and toast.

DRINKS:
As someone who misses imported European beer at non-import prices, I love it here. Paulaner, Boddingtons, Strongbow, Heineken, Newcastle, Guinness, Smithwicks, etc. Plenty of local options like Titan IPA, too.

SERVICE:
I come here on a regular basis, and the guys who work there definitely make an effort to make the regulars feel like friends. It's the perfect place for when you really want to find that local neighborhood bar that remembers you.

THE BAR:
Three Lions is pretty new, and Jon (the owner) has really made it into an awesome place. Lots of TVs everywhere so you can see the games from any spot in the bar. Booths, tables, 2 bar areas — take your pick. You can also reserve a table with its own taps if you have a larger group. Or an entire back room.

HAPPY HOUR:
Even though I'd come here even without any specials, I figure I'll list them out anyway:
Every day 3pm-7pm & 10pm-12am
Sat/Sun 7am - 11am (also includes $3 Bloody Mary's and Mimosas)
Premium/European Drafts - $4-$5
American Micro Brews - $3-$4
American Domestics - $2-$3
Well Drinks - $3
Wine - $3

I didn't see anyone English, just American & Mexican, but it was very late on a Thursday. I'd like to go back sometime on weekend to see if it stills feels British.

The only sport is football (or soccer, for us Midwesterners) ~ there's a lot of UK football memorabilia on the walls. The dart boards (real, not electronic - how cool is that?) are tucked away behind the billiard table. The bartenders are friendly and don't speak with fake generic Brit accents and make a good gin & tonic (which you wouldn't think would be difficult, but I've served some bad ratios and even had places serve it with a lemon?!). Go after 10pm to get in on late night happy hour and try one.

The atmosphere is relaxed. It's the kind of place I could go to regularly if I lived in Denver. Also, they have two booths with taps in the table. Seriously. It looked fun ~ and no waiting when the bar is busy.
