Close to DIA, wonderful rooms, restaurants close, clean pool & hot tub.... We will return! Only negative, my 9 year old found it too easy to purchase pay per view without us knowing! The hotel gladly subtracted the charges.More

Very nice staff. Clean room. Ate in the restaurant, very good food and service. Breakfast was serve yourself. They had a great selection, hot, eggs, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal and fresh fruit and cereal. Airport shuttle. Would definitely stay here again

Our family was leaving on vacation and with a 6am flight, decided to spend the night for their "Stay and Fly" special. It's a great value to be able to park our car and have the hotel shuttle take us to the airport in the morning.
We had a mixed experience with this property. The location was great, it was clean and was well-furnished with a safe and brightly-lit parking lot. A mini-breakfast of pastries, bagels, juice and coffee was provided for those who were flying out early (BIG plus). The shuttle drivers were friendly and very helpful.
Our problems began with the location of our room (immediately across from the elevator). I'm a Diamond member with Hilton and had hoped for an upgraded room. Since there was no upgrade available, I'm usually given a quiet, comfortable room location. The hotel was filled with young girls traveling for a soccer tournament. And when assigning rooms, the front desk put us in the middle of their group rather than isolating the girls/sponsors on their own floors. With an early flight, we headed for bed at 10pm. With the sponsors in a meeting on the first floor, the girls sat in a group and gathered at the elevator - yelling and giggling with their phones. We complained, but needless to say, it was a while before we were able to get to sleep.
We may stay at this hotel again if we have an early flight, but I'll ask more questions rather than assume the front desk will take care of our needs.
Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your experience. I certainly do apologize about the location of your room. You are correct that we should have made more of an effort to isolate the soccer teams from the rest of the guests. The good news is that this is the only tournament we participate in all year so your next visit should be confortable and quiet! With regards to an upgrade, we unfortunately don't have many in our hotel. All of our rooms are suites and there are only 10 rooms that differ from our standard suite style. I am sorry we were unable to upgrade you to one of those on your visit.

I stayed here for a business trip recently, and found this to be fairly typical for an Embassy Suites. If anything set this visit apart it was the staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet. These employees went out of their way, and were much appreciated.
I did notice that there were some housekeeping issues (iffy bathroom, nightstand with sticky rings). Otherwise, I'd say the experience was fine, and generally what I'd expect from an Embassy Suites.

It is definitely our goal to "WOW" every cusotmer and I hope you will give us an opportunity to move that "average" to a "WOW" when your travels bring you back to Denver.
We arrived at 1:00 a.m. after a long flight delay. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but our check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff was very kind. I asked for foam pillows and they spent a good amount of time trying to find them for me - something that I thought was very nice given the late hour. Our room was clean, nicely furnished, comfortable and QUIET! We slept in and missed the complimentary breakfast so we ate in the dining room. Prices were fair for a hotel and the service was quite friendly. The food was nicely prepared and served plus the coffee was good. The desk gave us driving directions for all of our destinations and let us check out late. Really, a very nice experience and we will return.

Tried to book a "Stay and Fly" after going to their web page that states the price is $129.95 (http://embassysuites.hilton.com/en/es/hotels/specials_detail_popup.jhtml?ctyhocn=DENIAES&promoId=148390007). Went to book the and had a choice of 139.95 or $159.95. I called the hotel where I was told it was in fact, $129.95 and they connected me to reservations where a woman informed me it was $139.95 because there were two guests. Nowhere on the website shown above does it state anything like this. I know it's only $10.00, but the arrogance of the woman on the reservation line made me feel like this was worth posting. We've stayed at many Embassy Suites before, but will probably think more than twice next time.

With regards to the change in rate for multiple occupancy, there is a drop down box on the main reservation screen online in the same area as dates and room type requested that allows you to enter the number of guests. When the correct number is entered here, then the correct corresponding rate is quoted. I apologize that the drop box was not more noticeable. I can assure you that the online system and the in person reservation system do indeed yield the same quote when the same information is entered. I further apologize if the demeanor of the reservation agent was not indicative of the service normally provided by the Embassy Suites. I have referred your comments about the reservation agent to the appropraite managaer for follow up and re-training. I hope you will give us another opportunity to re-earn your trust on your next visit to Denver.
