The winery has a tasting room. I like that. They have a good variety of wines. It's a fun way to spend an hour or two on a saturday.

“Exceeded expectations”
Reviewed May 13, 2012

Website had me prepared that this would be closer to a winery experience that someone may receive if they were in California compared to other wineries on the front range, but I still didn't expect much. They place was actually really cute despite the surrounding area not being anything exciting. They have a few outdoor picnic tables and a huge tasting bar inside that was packed, but we had no wait and walked right up. They ensured they had sufficient staff to take care of people. We ended up having the winemaker himself walk us through the wines, and he was very friendly and entertaining (and a bit loopy likely from tasting with his customers all day). One would think all winemakers would be as enjoyable as him, but we went to another winery that day where that was far from the case.

Pace yourself! They had 20 wines to taste, all for free! We were there for over 2 hours and even got a free tour of the place and cellar. The wine is all natural, they don't add sulfites or other preservatives and because of this it may taste a little different than many of the wine you are used to having, but you are sure to still find something you like with such a wide selection.

Would definitely be a fun place to spend an afternoon or take out of town guests. I see myself going back and will be enjoying the wine that we purchased.

“One of the best wineries we ever visited”
Reviewed April 29, 2012

And that's saying a lot because we have visited wineries in 43 states! The wine was exceptional and we had a great time visiting with John, the owner and winemaker, and Frank, the fireman and wine server. No charge for tasting--a rarity in these days, and they had a complimentary buffet of cheese, crackers, deli meats, and sweets to complement the tasting. What a lovely place and great people.

“A few years ago-I had an excellent time here.”
Reviewed March 27, 2012

It's been a few years since I visited the winery but when I did it was with a friend. We had an invite to attend a special evening of food, wine and Italian movie. Overall a great experience. I'll be checking out their calendar of events to see what's happening there in the near future.
