“Excellent level of service”

We stayed at 4 Seasons Denver for 2 nights. This is the nicest experience we have had. They differentiate themselves from other luxury hotels by going above & beyond expectations. The hotel furnishings are beautiful. They anticipated our needs as a family of 4 & provided plenty of towels & toiletries. We had a great night sleep. We had requested down pillows in our room & they met our request. We had a suite and used the pull out sofa & it was so nice that the turn down service made up the pull-out bed for us. . The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown shopping & restaurants. . The view of the mountains from the room was one of the best in Denver. All of the staff were friendly & ready to cater to any request quickly. We had a small problem with ordering a movie and the manager made sure it was corrected quickly and he followed up with us. We always stay at 4/5 star hotels when we vacation. This is the first time we have stayed at a 4 Seasons. We will select 4 Seasons over all the rest when it is available. I just can't say enough about how enjoyable our stay was.

Any Four Seasons hotel ought to be comfortable, well-appointed, larger-than-average rooms and so on. That is what you pay for. What makes a hotel special is the service with which all these excellent facilities are delivers. And the staff at the Denver Four Seasons really do give good service and seem to enjoy doing so. All one's requests are met with a smile and their helpfulness stands out.

The one down point is breakfast, which is menu-only, no buffet. Why Americans have not cottoned on that a buffet at breakfast is what most people the world over prefer I don't know, but the Denver Four Seasons only has a menu, with the result that one orders just one dish, and then one waits. And waits. And then when it comes the helping is simply huge. Message to the hotel - try a buffet, which is quicker, allows people to take a variety of smaller helpings and is much much preferred.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons with my family. I am a picky individual and appreciate when things are done well, and done in style. My family and I received top notch service all the way... from Molly at the front desk, to PJ and Brady at the door. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the food was delicious. We ate dinner and ordered breakfast from the Edge restaurant and it was sensational. Furthermore,we utilized the pool, which was also clean and enjoyable. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally accomodating and we were always given waters at the pool or on our way out the door. I cannot give a big enough "Thank you" to the Four Seaons, and I certainly hope to be back in the near future.

Just had the opportunity to stay at the Four Seasons in Denver for 4 nights to attend a conference in downtown and picked the Four Seasons to be away from the conference hoopla at the nearby conference hotel. What a great choice! This hotel was quiet and relaxing. The service from every level of staff was the best I have found anywhere, but still I did not find the hotel "stuffy" or "pretentious-feeling". We had 3 breakfasts and 1 lunch at the Edge Restaurant and all the meals were wonderful. Service in the dining room met that found elsewhere in the hotel, and a waiter we had on two occasions, Kip, was one of the best I have had anywhere. He was accomodating, polite, knowledgeable about the menu and just an all-round fantastic waiter. My only regret was our schedule did not allow us to have dinner here one night. The room itself was slightly larger than average. The bathroom was phenomenal. The bedroom area was average. However, most amenities at the hotel were better than expected. Coffee, tea, water in the gym. Bell hops gave us water upon returning from our run and offered us towels. Two people always greeted us and opened our car door. It is obvious there is a strict focus on customer service and did not go unnoticed!! I will return in a heartbeat!

We stayed for two nights in a spacious deluxe corner room. The three huge windows, including one that spanned the whole bathroom, were very much appreciated and made a difference for us. Service was never lacking and everyone was extremely nice. Every square inch of the room, and the entire building, was clean, polished, and modern. The bed was comfy and there is a lot of room to spread out all of your things. The bathroom was spectacular to look at (combination of glass, wood, and two tile types) but suffered a couple functional problems: there is no headrest in the tub so you cannot soak a long time; and the sinks' faucets get in the way. We liked the heated bathroom floor even in the 95 degree heat of summer.

Room Tip: Pay extra for a corner room and ask for it to be on the west side so you can see the mountains.

We loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is sleek and beautiful, centrally located in downtown Denver. We were upgraded to a corner room and had tons of natural light streaming in with great views of all the action downtown. THE BED! Wow, it's unbelievably comfortable, I never wanted to get out of it! All the amenities that one would expect from an upscale hotel ( especially loved the freestanding huge tub that sat underneath a huge window) The workout area and spa are top notch and a pleasure to visit every day. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and had it not been raining we definitely would have been hanging out there. All that said, the best thing about Denver Four Seasons was the service!!!!They did not miss a thing. They were spot on throughout our 4 day stay....front desk, valet and courtesy service ( loved all those guys!) room service, housekeeping. All just impeccable. We will stay again and again.
