“Tea was so nice!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 6, 2014

We were staying at the Brown Palace and decided to go to the tea. It was worth every penny. The tea was great, the mini sandwiches and petite fores were amazing, and the setting was so nice. I enjoyed every second of it.

“Delightful atmosphere”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 2, 2014

Something fun to do when you want to hang with some friends and have an afternoon tea/coffee and light snacks in a historic setting. I love to look up at the stained glass ceiling several stories up. If you are up for a casual dinner experience I recommend the Ships Tavern in the same hotel.

“Unique experience in Denver”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 30, 2014

Very beautiful hotel, art deco like in Downtown Denver where Tea is served from 12 to 4. Unique experience with excellent service. Do not miss this if you enjoy tea. Or at least come for a tour of this beautiful hotel.

“Lovely way to spend an afternoon”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 19, 2014

My daughters and I really enjoyed the afternoon tea at Brown Palace. The atrium in the historic hotel is a perfect setting! The piano player and the comfortable seating added to the atmosphere.

Nice selection of tea (we each had own pot), 2 scones with cream and preserves(cream and lemon poppyseed), 3 finger sandwiches(cucumber, egg salad, smoked turkey), and an assortment of mini desserts. $33 a person.

“Annual tea”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 31, 2014

My grandchildren and I have been going to the Brown Palace for Christmas Tea for 15 years. It used to be such a treat. Egg salad sandwiches sprinkled with tiny bits of caviar, lovely assortment of other sandwiches. The last two years have been a big disappointment. The price is now $50pp
But while the price is increasing, the quality is decreasing. We we told that for our table of 6, we could have our choice of two different teas? What happened to our lovely Brown Palace chocolate, now disappeared from the top of the dessert tray? They are cutting corners and the quality shows
