This is a new, airy, pleasant hotel with mini-kitchens in every room, nice beds, and a great free (included) breakfast. They also have good coffee always in the lobby. The people and service were very good, the place is calming and apparently quite popular already. They need to get a few bugs out (some of the fixtures in our room weren't screwed down tight) but overall we had an excellent time here for a very good price. The neighborhood is fine for walking, altho all the Bail-bonds places are a bit off-putting; it is near the Denver Hall of Justice. The area needs more shopping and restaurants, but the ones we went to were very good to excellent.

We chose this hotel for value, style, and location as we wanted to be near The Fillmore to see Mayor Pete Buttigieg speak, and the after party at Cap City Tavern, and were not disappointed. Less expensive than the big hotels right downtown, it is still walking distance to many attractions, the Art Museum, convention center, 16th Street Mall, Denver Mint and Capitol. The room was oversize with a kitchenette, large windows for natural light, with a nice size bathroom and great shower.

Breakfast selections were a little sketchy but we got down there late and weren't counting on much as most breakfast included hotels don't offer much.

Room tip: investigate parking nearby as the $40/day valet is as expensive as the downtown hotels

We stayed overnight before a morning time slot for the Monet exhibition. The room was clean and pleasant. Minor complaint: the bathroom lights came on automatically when I was coming toward the bathroom in the middle of the night. That was jarring! The bar was nice but the bartender was nowhere to be found when we wanted to order. He eventually came in the side door, directly from outside! I thought that was odd. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Thanks for staying with us, and we are glad we could provide a great stay for you... We are LEED certified, so in order to save energy we use motion sensors, which can be turned off by the door. I apologize that wasn't explained... Hope to see you again!

Very clean, friendly staff, good location and free breakfast and drinks at night. The only downside is parking ($40/day for valet) but if you’re mindful, you can pay $2 for street parking and top it off every two hours (that’s the max and they do issue tickets!)

We were scheduled for an evening time slot for the Monet exhibition at the Denver art museum and the weather was wet and snowy so we were pleased to find this hotel. It’s new and fresh and clean and well staffed. We were able to take advantage of the park and sip special...a real plus in this area. Our room was lovely and quiet. We were a three some so our daughter did the test drive on the pullout sofa. It was the perfect solution for us. We could walk wherever we wanted to go. There was a great breakfast. The staff bent over backwards to assure a pleasant visit for us. We loved having a kitchen, too. We stayed in the one bedroom unit. And the price was very reasonable. Try it!
