Owner description: Get out into one of Denver's 300 days of sunshine and head to the Historical Lower Downtown (LoDo) District of Denver. Learn how beer has obtained such a strong foothold in our state and discover for yourself why Denver has earned for itself the nickname "Napa Valley of Craft Beer." Tours last between 2-3 hours so prepare to hang out with a local beer aficionado and see if you have what it takes to stand up to our beer. During the 4 stops on our tour you will try 10 different beers, go behind the scenes to learn brewing process, visit a brewpub that began a nationwide franchise, drink in the brewery founded by the governor, and hang out in the best craft beer bar in Denver. Our tour guides drink with the best so ask them any questions you may have. All challenges accepted! Book now to secure your spot; if the tour is full please call our contact phone number to see if we can add you in. Don't miss out on Denver's gateway to craft beer!

LOVED this tour. My boyfriend and I took the Friday afternoon tour, and really enjoyed all 4 brewery stops. Tried 2-3 kinds of beer at each place, from IPA, to light and dark beer. BF likes dark beer and I like light beer, so there was something for both of us. The tour guide was fun, upbeat, and you could tell he loved his job. I just wish some of the beers were available closer to where I live!

Tour takes about 3 hrs to complete. We started at Rock Bottom Brewery and worked our way around the downtown area. It is a lot of walking if you are not wearing the correct shoes. Dress is casual. Our guide was informative, friendly and knew a lot of Denver's downtown history. We walked past Coors Field on the way to the last two stops. Enjoyed sampling the different kinds of beers they had and found out I don't care for IPAs. We took the free 16th street mall bus back to our area. Definately should eat a little something before you go.

For $10 you get plenty of walking and drinking. We didn't go to all 5 because one seemed like part of a chain. We did not use a guide. It was nice to see these parts of Denver. Only at the Great Divide was service a problem: lots of people and only 2 servers. Generally, all the beer was good.

We went to four different places on our tour and had a total of 10 usually quite generous samples of many types of beer. The walk covers a decent sized section of town and you get to see some nice sights. The guide was funny and informative and keeps the tour moving at a good pace. The free pint coupon that comes with he tour is a great perk! Fun thing to do on a Denver afternoon.

My wife and I did the tour and loved it. It is a great way to see the city and try local beers. The tour guides were great and we really had a great time. We walked to all but one place, but they are short hikes and the whole city is flat so no stress. Highly recommend it.
