Want to get in the holiday mood but don't like stringing your own lights? Go to the annual festival of lights at the Denver Botanic Gardens in downtown Denver. There are always beautiful displays of lights to get you into the holiday mood. If you get too cold walking around, there is also warm refreshments available. My family tries to attend every year!

Go and get in the holiday spirit! You won't be disappointed.

The Botanic Garden's special holiday light display was very impressive and a delightful way to spend part of Christmas Eve. Young and old were awed by all the lights--literally millions of them! The laser light snowflakes were really cool! The Garden's volunteers and staff did a wonderful job. A joy-full, holiday activity for all ages.

This is one of the better outdoor/indoor botanical gardens. Easy to walk through and in the heart of Denver so you can other places after this such as the zoo or downtown. The variety of plants is wonderful and rarely is this place crowded. I recommend this when visiting Denver

Recently took the family to the Blossom of Light event at the Denver location. What a fun way to spend an evening with the family. Daughter enjoyed seeing the beautiful decorations. We arrived at 6:30 pm when all the parking lots were full and had to park in the surrounding neighborhood - wasn't too hard to find a space. Although, there were long lines for purchasing tickets. There was a bit of a line to purchase tickets when we got there. I would recommend buying tickets online to avoid the wait. We had hot purchased some hot chocolate before we got there to drink while we walked around, but we noticed that they were selling hot chocolate, apple cider, and warm nuts. We had a wonderful time and wished it was less windy so we could have stayed longer.
