We visited Root Down on a recommendation from some Denver-based friends. We couldn't have been more pleased. We did have a reservation, which I highly recommend, as the place is small and apparently always crowded with long waits. We got right in at our reservation time, however. The service was very quick, and the food delicious. I enjoyed the unique twists that they put on classic dishes (for example, quinoa English muffins used for eggs Benedict). I would highly recommend!
