I've been 20+ aquariums and this is by far the worst. There are way to many ugly river fish and not enough pretty tropical fish. It took us only an hour to go through and that included browsing the gift shop and getting a snack. They need to drop the price to about $5 a person.

It is a little pricey for the size, but it was fun. We actually did the otter experience for $10 per person. My 8 year old loved it. She got to see them up close. It is a small little space but still get to see a feeding along with some training. The staff presenting was very nice. Overall, we had a good time

Went to the Denver Aquarium with our family of seven, including two small children. First off, they do give a 10% military discount which I liked. The exhibits were very nice and split into different habitats: rainforest, desert, etc. They also had tigers, birds, reptiles and insects which was added to a traditional aquarium. They did have some pretty good interaction areas, specifically that of the stingray tank at the end, where you could feed and pet live stingrays. Also, they offer different "behind the scenes" tours, one with otters which they lady selling tickets knew nothing about. Inside is quite cramped and many of the walkways are very narrow, so be cautioned if you are brining strollers, wheelchairs, wagons, etc. All in all, definitely something to check out if you are staying in or near Denver.

The aquarium is an extremely fun place to go if you're ever in Denver. They have a restaurant, a tiger, and mermaids! It is a good place for ages 4-70. I would highly recomend this place. The fish are so pretty and you can swim with the fish and sharks if you like. A really cool place.

My 5 year old enjoyed this aquarium. Nice exhibits and lots of different fish to see. Admission is higher than I had expected though.
