New areas for many of the animals has helped turn the Zoo around. Would rate the Zoo the best in the Mountain Areas.

“Nice little zoo”

There's quite a variety of animals and indoor exhibits. We enjoyed the aquatic exhibits more than the Denver Aquarium. Can't wait for the new Asian animal expansion to open!

“Denver Zoo a jewel of the city !”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 9, 2012

The Denver Zoo is a very fun place for kids or adults of any ages. The zoo is located in the massive city park at the center of Denver. The botanical gardens, science museum, and public golf course are all with in a stones throw of the zoo. Check online for days the zoo lets everyone in for FREE!!! You can't beat free trust me.

“Denver Zoo”

I LOVE the Denver Zoo. Have been going there since I was a kid. Lots of animals. You can cover everything in about 4-5 hours. Prices have gone up...pretty expensive these days.
