“Right off the Interstate”
Reviewed July 6, 2008

A very nice place. The living room was very roomy, and the bedroom with the 2 double beds was a large room, although the bathroom could have been made bigger. The evening reception was a nice set-up, serving drinks and snacks, then the morning breakfast was very nice with a cooked to order breakfast offered. There isn't anything to do within walking distance of the motel, but it is an easy drive to downtown.

  • Liked — The size of the rooms and the extras (breakfast and evening reception).
  • Disliked — Nothing to do within walking distance of motel.

the staff didn't care about a thing
i stayed in room 302 their was a barf stain in front OF THE DOOR. i came into the room after a long flight from new york and was tired. I took off the bed spred and was greated by unwelcomed guests... bed bugs. the room was also bad their was tiles falling from the shower the tv was BROKEN AND THE WINDOW LOOKED LIKE A WINDOW IN A JAIL CELL. I WENT TO THE LOBBY AND TOLD THE STAFF THEY OFFERED ME ANOTHER ROOM AND I SAID NO! i stayed AT AMERI SUITES DOWN THE BLOCK WHICH WAS A GREAT clean room and bed bug free!

I travel to Denver often for business. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. They are always accommodating and friendly. The staff has remained very constant. I am a Hilton Honors member, and they always have a couple bottles of chilled water waiting for me in my fridge when I arrive.

The breakfast is great -- they offer everthing from low fat yogurt and fruit (when I want to be good!) to made-to order omelettes and bacon (for when I dont!) They have soda machine that you can access all day long ... I always bring a large cup and refill it while I am there.

Manager reception is always nice -- they run out of snacks later in the event and dont refill it. But its free so beggars cant be choosy.

I havent been there with my kids yet because I am always there for work. But I see lots of families using the pool.

loved the included gourmet breakfast and fantastic fitness room. was disappointed with the beds and the a/c did not work. the said it was too cold outside, so the A/C has an auto shut-off. (?) it didn't make sense to me. our room was 74 degrees. ridiculous. i think i was more disappointed that the front desk could care less, and didn't offer anything.

good location. close to highway. starbucks down the street.

I am a Hilton Gold, so I can compare a lot of Embassy Suites. I use ES for about 15 conferences a year that I conduct.

The rooms etc were the expected, more upscale accomodations, but I was very surprised with the restaurant. They have about 15 different salad dressings and the waitress was kind enough to bring out a sampler of each for our party. Most hotel restaurants are drab, but this one was exceptional.

I am glad to report there are no bed bugs here. It is in an interesting location, nothing really around it. The hotel is clean, quiet and moderately up to date.
