Fire alarm went off at 1:15am. Had to get up at 3:30 for a 6:00 flight so no sleep this night. All hotel guest stood outside for 30 minute in 22 degree weather. Then we got to go bak inside the lobby and stand for almost 30 minutes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am so sorry for the frustration you must have experienced because of the fire alarm. Safety is our first and foremost priority, so while the evacuation and time spent outside of your room in the early hours was disruptive, we sincerely wanted to ensure there was no emergency. We cannot authorize reentry into your room until the fire department comes to the hotel and verifies the situation. Our sincerest apologies, as we know how important getting a good night's rest is. I can assure you that this is a rare occurrence and that we are very sorry that we inconvenienced you. We hope that you will give us another chance. Safe travels!

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was fantastic. Great location to the airport. Parking was efficient.

Breakfast was ok but they had enough to offer that made it sufficient.

Rooms were very comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again.

We were a couple of tired women looking to crash in a hotel room after a full day of family activity and an early morning flight coming up. And this is exactly what happened when my daughter and I checked into the Fairfield Inn at the Denver Airport. We crashed into the man sleeping in the bed of our room. He was yelling at us for being in his room and we were yelling at him for being I our room. Where else could this happen?
We were given a new room and a granola bar to compensate for our inconvenience.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are so sorry for any confusion that would have led to being given an occupied room. Our key system typically prevents us from doing this, so we are researching how this could have happened. We understand that after a long day that travelers are anxious to get to their room. We are sincerely sorry for the mistake that occurred. The granola bar (or any market item) was offered not as compensation for our mistake, but rather as an additional measure to give you something to snack on while we corrected the issue. The entire team has been made aware of this issue and we've discussed better ways to prevent this from happening again and how they could have showed you more empathy. I hope that you will give us another chance when visiting Denver. Safe travels,

I called Fairfield late one night and they told me they had a room. Check in was a breeze. The room was large, comfortable and amazingly quiet. The pillows we perfect; a mix of feather and alternative material.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection. I especially loved being able to print off my boarding passes in the business center without extra fees. I would stay here again!
