We were thoroughly disgusted by the horrid conditions of our room(s). Just unbelievable for a "Ramada"!! The first night was worse than the second one because there was no heat in our room. Management moved us to a second room the following morning. It was so gross, we had to take pictures. Mold in bathroom/broken front door/ open sewer in bathroom/ industrial staples sticking out of bathroom door/ human feces on main room curtain/ absolute filth from every inch!! Maybe we can get our money back..or better, you can clean up that moldy, dangerous place!!

Thank you for your review. Im sorry the room you stayed in was in such poor condition. I have had housekeeping and maintenance do a thorough sweep of all the rooms so we could correct every problem. I would like you to know that we are undergoing a full renovation so the condition of the property is drastically improving. I hope when its complete you may be willing to give us annother chance. Thank you again!

There are no words to describe this property. It is the filthiest, most run down, disgusting place I have ever encountered. Made the reservation on line, upon arrival it took over an hour to find the reservation. Had two rooms, smoking, and both rooms were absolutely horrible, everything from blood, and other body fluids, to food to dirty socks. Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The place is falling down, there was such a break in the cement in the stairs going up to the room, you could fall down three flights of stairs so easily. CONDEMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very sorry that your stay was so horrible. We try very hard to make sure check in goes as easy as possible so I understand your frustration with the lost reservation.
