We came across Little Man at a cart at the Denver County Fair and were a little reluctant to make a high (relatively-speaking) purchase from an unknown vendor. But my son assured us they are a local purveyor with a good name. I thought he said the 16th St *Mall* but they are actually located west of Downtown, in the Highlands neighborhood. So, we ordered Carmel Sea Salt and Coconut Almond and found the most amazing ice cream! It was the smoothest and creamiest ice cream ever, and the flavors were wonderful. I'll be looking for their cart on the Mall, but if the opportunity comes, we'll be paying a visit to the milk can building at 16th and Tejon.
[It's a side note, but I also enjoyed the computerized credit card reader that let's the purchaser specify a tip and an email address for a receipt. A nice convenience where most other vendors only accept cash.]
