I was a guest of this hotel from October 30th, 2008 through November 8th, 2008. During my stay I had nothing but problems. First the hotel was supposed to have wireless internet. At first, the connection did not work, then when it did work, the connection was poor, very slow, and often disappeared. I have a new laptop that has no problem connecting via wireless. 2nd, there was no hot water after my first night there. They came in to fix it, said there was still a problem and then left. They told me they would call me when it was fixed. 3 hours went by and no call. I finally called the desk and they said they fixed it. 3rd, on November 1st they allowed my rental car to be towed by another guest. They neglected to even get the towing company's name or telephone number and even refused to take me to my car when it was finally located. Because they did not collect that info, I spent several hours walking all over the place looking for my car. My main problem is that they allowed another guest to have my car towed. 4th, I received a parking ticket from this tow in the amount of $75. Since the whole situation was not my fault, they still refused to pay for the ticket. 5th, I requested to speak to a manager but was repeatedly told that one was not available or that a manager would call me. None ever did. Lastly, and this is a minor thing, I asked for a 7am wake-up call on November 7th and was instead woke up at 5am. That is just irritating. I asked the hotel to comp me a few nights for my trouble and they refused.
