Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel
Ranked #43 of 161 Hotels in Denver
Reviewed March 13, 2014

The Renaissance was a hotel we found on Expedia. While I was disappointed by the parking and WIFI charges the room was very comfortable, well equipped, and clean. When we arrived we found that we had a queen room rather than the 2 queen room we thought we'd reserved. The front desk was very accommodating even with being very busy. The location is close to the airport, shops and restaurants in Stapleton, and not far from downtown. FYI parking garage is $10 per night.

Room Tip: The mountain view side would be quieter.

Spent three days in training sessions here and the hotel facilities were quite nice. The lobby is impressive. The rooms were adequate in size for our groups and the overall ambiance was nice.
The only negative is we chose to stay at another hotel because there were no close amenities like restaurants and we did want to have that in the evenings. Also they charge for parking and internet so that was another reason for us to stay elsewhere.

I have been to Denver, Colorado many a times and have stayed at the Renaissance Denver Hotel. Every time I stay here I surely have a very enjoyable experience staff are great and very friendly with excellent service. This is the place to stay while in Denver its quick and convenient and can get away to so many places surrounding the hotel. The rooms are really nice and the beds very comfortable and really clean. They have a shuttle to pick you up at the air port and drop you off at the front door, I am sure they you drop you off right at your room, just don't the shuttle would fit in the front door and surely management would frown upon this. LOL I love every thing about this hotel, from the location to the view and the amenities it affords you. Great breakfast in the morning and dinners too.... Keep up the good work I shall be seeing you again..... folks you cannot go wrong with this place so get up and go......From my hotel room I had a nice view of downtown Denver which was many miles away with local entertainment near and of strip malls and their chain restaurants. Te hotel has a local shuttle van which will get you out and about and you can arrange for them to pick you up and bring you back.... So what are you waiting for??

Such an enjoyable experience at the Denver Renaissance Hotel last week. The staff at the hotel is excellent! I have the pleasure of working with over 50 different hotels every year and this hotel delivers service like no other. This is the third year I have hosted my event at the Renaissance and the service has always been top notch. I plan on rebooking in 2015 as well!

This hotel has a great place to stay. The hotel was beautiful with a great interior. The location is on the way from the airport and about five-minutes to downtown. The club level was a nice feature for business travel.

I stayed at this Hotel for two nights March 3rd and 4th. The stay got off on the wrong foot when one of their shuttles broke down and we had to wait 1.5 hours to be picked up and when we were the shuttle was so full we had to stand for the 25 minute ride to the hotel. From my hotel balcony I had a nice view of downtown Denver which was many miles away - your local entertainment will consist of near by strip malls and their chain restaurants. Luckily the hotel has a local shuttle van which will get you out and about with a very nice driver. The hotel is on the edge of Denver's sprawl and not within walking distance of much of anything. My room was fine and quiet. I slept poorly both nights awakening every hour for no particular reason but in retrospect I think I had some mild altitude sickness symptoms - definitely not the hotels fault.

Nice hotel, lots of choices in the area. Clean and updates rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Strange that they had earplugs in bathroom. Put them and trains at 3 am and 4 am still woke me up. Ask for room Away from highway and trains. A little disappointed with noise. It was conveniently located to airport.
