Stayed here in July with my mom and daughter. The owners were very friendly and offered great advise on local area. Liz and John made us feel right at home and provided fabulous breakfast and were able to accomodate our gluten free dietary request. We felt very spoiled!

Recently spent two nights and they were very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, the proprietors very friendly & knowledgeable, John's been in the area for years, and the breakfasts very good & bountiful. Complimentary adult and non adult drinks in the fridge was a nice touch. Off street parking was appreciated.

I just love staying at the Fairlamb bed and breakfast!! John and Liz are the prefect host!! Breakfast is lovely. I feel so at home. I just love the decor!! Its beautiful. I've stayed a few times, and will each time I visit. I've met some really nice people that were staying during my visits. Enjoy interesting conversations at breakfast and meeting new people.

We live in a small mountain home in rural colorado. We decided to visit friends in Delta Colorado..Prefering a B&B to motels, we chose Fairlamb House, largely based on information from others.. We were not disappointed. The Fairlamb House is an absolute 10. All areas were excellent. The innkeepers have worked hard to present the best in historical decor, comfortable, clean accommodations, great breakfast and all at a very reasonable price .
After being so pampered we stayed another night!!!
We loved this Inn and would highly recommend it to any traveler

We needed place to stay for our nieces graduation. We found the Fairlamb on line and decided why not. With in minutes of arriving the owners made us feel as we had known them all of our lives. The rooms were fantastic, large, clean and comfortable. They have a coffee bar on the bed room level of the house.
Our two breakfasts that they served were great. I'm not one for trying new things but the special recipe pancakes were great.
We were given lots of privacy. Its was like it was "our home". We had relatives over to see the place. They also love it.

Room Tip: Only three rooms. All are great.

We love staying in B&B's and enjoy the uniqueness each one provides. Fairlamb House is a Sparkling Gem hidden in small town Delta, CO. Beautifully appointed Historic Registry Victorian home with gracious hosts and delicious food. We were on a 2000 mile road trip and could only stay one night, but would have loved to stay longer in this lovely, relaxing B&B.
