We were so glad to hear Ruby Tuesday's was replaced with a buffet. The evening buffet was good but wish we had known they had a soup and salad only option. We weren't that hungry, but you know how you eat when offered a buffet. Because we stayed at the Gold Mountain Inn, we received a free breakfast at Maverick's. it was a very good buffet with a terrific assortment of choices. We didn't realize until we were already full there was a delightful gentleman who would love to make you a special omelet, waffles, or eggs your way.
If you are in the area and would like to find a good buffet, try Maverick's.
