We visited in September. The condo was nicely remodeled with high end finishes and very clean. We felt right at home. Of course these are condos, so each will vary. The major downside was no elevator, so carrying heavy stuff is a pain. The bed in master bedroom was quite uncomfortable (very firm) and the heating system creaked a lot, which we turned off the first night since it was unnecessary. The other weird thing is there are sliding glass doors instead of windows, which we didn't want to leave open at night, although it's probably just fine. It was not hot but also would have been more comfortable if it had been somewhat cooler. There is no AC. The kitchen is gourmet and was well stocked with wares to enable us to do plenty of cooking. The exterior of the building is dated and needs a renovation (think hot tub time machine), but that didn't really bother us. The unit higher up on the mountain than most places, which could be a plus for some but I'd rather be closer to the base village.
