Restaurant location used to be on the other side of the street. The short move did not change the quality of the menu and it is good.

The a la carte items are for the budget conscious and carb loading specialists. The prices are very competitive and the plates are bountiful.

The specialty is the Fra Diavolo where one can pick meat entrees that are cooked in a small separate saucepan. The meat/chicken is broiled in there and a coat of cheese is melted over the top. The linguine is served separately and is well-seasoned in olive oil. The sauce is a good blend of garlic, tomatoes, basil and olive oil. None of the ingredients overwhelms one another and the entire recipe works like a charm.

There is a winner in there and yes, why mess with success?

I highly recommend going for breakfast (7-11am). You stand in line for your coffee and pastry, then seat yourself in a classic European style cafe - complete with live plants and lots of wooden tables, booths and chairs. The donuts are amazing - especially cinnamon! They also have breakfast burritos, flatbread, and ham and cheese croissants if you want something savory. The coffee is outstanding, and they have humane/organic cream (Organic Valley brand) which is rare in coffee shops.

We recently visited this restaurant for a quick breakfast. The owner is very warm and inviting. We enjoyed a danish and cinnamon roll along with some coffee and milk. Nice place - we would recommend it. They make homemade doughnuts here. We didn't get a chance to try them but they look good and are only $1 each. Great place for a quick, inexpensive breakfast.

Our family ate at Bacchanale Italian restaurant and enjoyed ourselves. It has a nice atmosphere, and it was very clean. We had good service from the waitress.

We had the artichoke dip for an appetizer, which was delicious! It was served with breaded bow-tie pasta. Yum! By far, everyone's favorite! The house salad dressing, a Parmesan garlic vinagarette, was unique and delicious as well. Everyone ordered pasta with a different sauce. The pasta was good, but nothing special. A few in our group ordered meatballs, which were yummy! Complimentary bread, ciabatta, I believe, was given with the dinner. Very good/fresh bread!

The Bacchanale had $8 meal specials, which were considered 1/2 orders. They were plenty to eat after an appetizer and dinner salads. The kids ordered off the Kids' Menu. Their meals came with a salad. The salads were very fresh. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would return to Bacchanale's Italian Restsurant.

We ate breakfast here on the day of the Alley Loop. The pastries were very good, as were the hot chocolates. Breakfast here is not mentioned much from what I could see on TripAdvisor, but I'd certainly eat here again.
