I'm not sure where the idea of having a restuarant that served lamb chops on the one hand and sushi on the other came from but it is generally difficult to serve two masters in any walk of life. Perhaps the sushi idea came from the fact they are the only game in town and there is a certain crowd which will search it out (there used to be another sushi restaurant but it disappeared when the Secret Stash took over the building a year or so ago). Having eaten sushi from Osaka to Hawaii to most major cities in the US, especially the west coast, I would call it average at best and painfully way overpriced - I mean $9 for two pieces of maguro - it should cost half of that in any good sushi restaurant on the west coast or major city - and the pieces are not exactly generous... so if you have just won the lottery (and you love sushi that much...) or would like a lesson in 'supply & demand', go for it. The other 'master' however, does well in serving excellent food at decent prices - the Colorado lamb chops were excellent on our last visit as are many other items on the menu... which is why it gets four stars, not because they offer overpriced, mediocre sushi and rolls, which would make it a one star (only because zero is not an option in this rating system).
