“Thursday night pizza”
Reviewed May 13, 2012

This bakery sandwich shop has a Thursday night pizza party. You have to preorder your pizza. We had a green pepper, sausage and onion which is our favorite. it was excellent and will continue to have pizza on Thursday nights!

My husband and i vacationed in Creede and we were told that this was a good restaurant to get breakfast and they were right!!! the breakfast was delicious!!! keep in mind, it is a small restaurant, so the menu was limited, but breakfast is breakfast.. we really loved their food. it was fresh and hot.. we will definately be going back here our next trip to creede. the owners are very friendly. and we also took cinnamon rolls with us for our trip back to Texas..

“Food made me sick”
Reviewed October 26, 2010

This looked like an interesting place for breakfast, and it certainly was. Most of the items on the breakfast menu were unavailable, and I became quite ill after eating there.

“A Little Dated...Inconsistant Hours”
Reviewed June 30, 2009

It's hard to know when this cafe is open. We tried to stop by a couple times but they were closed the first two times we stopped.

When we did finally walk by and see that they were open we went in for a coffee and snack. They have a very limited selection of baked treats. The two treats we had were ok but were not very fresh.

The decor is very dated and things were a bit dusty. It was like walking through a time machine coming through the door, you were transported back to the 80's...

“Best breakfast in town”
Reviewed September 5, 2007

We were so glad to have chosen this restaurant for breakfast! The place was packed and we had to wait for a table (keep in mind it was Labor Day weekend). The wait was definitely worth it! As we waited for our table we watched as the baker brought out fresh cinnamon rolls, cookies, brownies, and other baked goods and set them on the counter! YUM! (we took a choc chip cookie to go for our picnic later that day, it was wonderful!) When we were finally seated the server apologized for the wait and said that there were 2 tables before us that needed to be served and it might take a while. We were in NO hurry, the server kept our coffee filled, and we enjoyed the ambiance. When we finally got our breakfast, it was too much! for about $5.75 we had scrambled eggs, bacon, crispy hash browns, and a homemade biscuit! ahhh...very very yummy!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for breakfast! You will be delighted.
