Owner description: Frisco or San Francisco. Denver or Dallas. It doesn't matter where you're from. If you've skied here, you've been raised on some of the best Colorado has to offer. For generations, people have valued a down-to-earth ski experience that puts friends, family and a relaxed mountain atmosphere above all else. It's why the Colorado front range has always considered Copper the home team, and why families from across the globe call Copper home. The place you go for a mountain experience that's refreshingly void of pretense. Wherever your home address may be, if you've skied here, you've been raised on Colorado. Welcome home.

First time to ski Copper Mountain was a wonderful experience. We have skied/boarded Breckenridge, Keystone, and A-Basin but found Copper to be equal to if not better than those. Great helpful people around from rentals, to lift operators. Can't wait to get back there this December.

Be aware of your ski equipment. Somebody stole my rental skis at Copper mtn. The ski shop made me to pay $900 dollars. What a scam.

We come here twice a year. We have a 12, 5 and a 3 year old. You can walk around the town and not have to worry about cars. The ski school is phenomenal. We have awesome kid friendly ski instructors. I love how the greens runs are separated from the blues and blacks. That way you don't have really great and fast skiers running into and bothering beginners and kids. There's no place for families like copper. try and stay in a condo in center or west village. If not it's ok bc you can take the free buses everywhere. The tubing hill is great too!

Copper is very corporate. Decided that we really prefer Keystone and A-Basin. Both are much friendlier.

Copper is a big mountain with terrain for all ski levels from the beginner to extreme. Even most of the black diamond runs offer a blue or green run along side (at least a green road down) allowing your entire group or family the chance to ski together all day. The terrain park offers a variety of jumps, rails and boxes so the beginner to expert can enjoy and also provides ample space along side so friends and parents can watch and snap pictures. The new high speed Union Creek lift will drop you off just above the park allowing easy access to West or Center Village. This addition is nice as most ski schools meet up at West Village so you can drop off the kids and head right up the mountain. Get lost or not sure which trail to take? No worries, just ask one of the friendly ski patrol, employees or even other skiers, everyone seems more than happy to help out.

After skiing 20 ski resorts across the US and Canada I suggest you skip the crowds and try Copper Mountain. I believe you'll enjoy it as much as I do!
