I have stayed several times in this Hotel and I do not regret a single cent I paid for the room and services.
Everybody is friendly and accommodating, always smiling and ready to help.
Buffet breakfast is filling and superb! Wide array of choices!
Room is cozy and homey and clean and spacious!
Swimming pool is relaxing (despite the construction of second tower nearby).
I love their coffee at the W Coffee Shop (new outlet) and also their cocktails at the Prism Lounge. Drinks are reasonably priced. You should try the pastries at the coffee shop especially their ube ensaymada.
The best thing is that they remember regular guests like me, BY NAME, which makes me feel very special.

This hotel has everything. Most importantly, it has focus on service, the crew is polite, all areas are clean and the food is good. Of course all this comes at a cost, but the positives outweighs the negatives.

The rooms are luxurious with nice spacious rooms and clean facilities. Cable tv, minibar etc. The air conditioning doesn't make much noise and there's a nice sun blinds at the windows.

The restaurant is good. Not excellent. The food is too expensive and there's not much of it, when you order dinner. The breakfast buffet on the other hand has everything you could imagine and everything tastes good and looks astonishing.
There's a small cafe at the entrance, which serves and makes excellent coffee, tee, sandwiches, bread, cake and you name it. You have to try it out!

Other facilities are very nice. The pool for instance is like a paradise itself. It's breathtaking.

Widus Resorts offers a taxi service for transportation around town. It's expensive though, but you will have no trouble getting around safely. We used the taxi for transportation to Iba, Zambales it was a good ride going there, but when we were to go back there was a new driver, who didn't have much experience. My wife puked several times because of the way he drove.

Over all a very good stay.

Me and my wife is looking for a place for a short break, though not our first choice but glad we opted to book here. I normally go here for coffee / snack but not for an overnight stay, but was surprised with their facility specially if compared to hotels within the area. The room is big and clean, beds are comfortable even the sheets and towels. Also had a nice time in their bar which offers discounted drinks during happy hour. For breakfast a wide choice of local and international dishes were serve when we were there.

Excellent location, along the main road of Clark, ample parking. A second tower is currently being built, which is unfortunate because this is the view I see from my bedroom and the workers seem to watch over us as we swim by the pool area. Buffet breakfast is not as good as it used to be - they serve mainly korean dishes now - to cater to their mostly korean clients. I miss those chocolate croissants that they used to serve. They had a more "international" menu a year ago - back then their breakfast buffet was great and worth your money! Rooms are nice and clean and spacious. Staff are courteous. Room rates are a bit pricey compared to other hotels nearby. Excellent coffee shop and bakery! Pool slide not functional. All rooms are spacious so next time, I would prefer to get the family junior suite over the one bedroom suite.

Better to get online reservations which are much cheaper. But the catch is, they will not give you some options which are not avail thru their website. Most of the rooms are booked throughout year knowing that rooms are still available when you call them and will give you their regular rates.

I went there with my family and relatives for an overnight stay. We were fond of casinos and we wanted to try the place out. We were 7 in the group so we decided to take 2 separate Family Junior Suites in groups of 3 and 4. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The front staff was very friendly, accommodating and considerate of our requests. The casino's food was a mix of Filipino and Korean cuisine.

The casino in itself is quite small compared to other resorts in the Philippines but I was told that they were expanding the resort to have one more tower. There's a pool at the backside of the resort which is good for families who bring their kids along. There was also a spa, gym and a basketball court which, unfortunately, we did not get to use.

The main attraction of the resort was its casino. While it is smaller compared to the casinos in Manila, it provides a more cozy, homey type of gaming experience. It also allowed one of us in the group who just turned 21 to learn the ropes and get the basics of casino games. The prices of the casino games range from P25 - P2000 per game depending on which game you're playing so it offers a lot for casual bettors to high rollers. Slot machines are also priced accordingly. I was also told that they plan to expand the casino within the coming year.

We went there on a Sunday which apparently is raffle draw night. Naturally, there were a lot of people in the venue but not overcrowded. Smoke control was also surprisingly good as I didn't smell like cigarette smoke coming out, unlike the casinos in Manila where you come out smelling like you smoked a pack.

The hotel also had a coffee bar and a lounge bar called Prism which I believe opened fairly recently. These are good places to wind down after playing at the casino. The resort also has a huge convention center a little ways off from the resort and casino, tactically placed I presume so that the attendees are not tempted to go running off and playing at the casino. I believe this is a good place to conduct planning sessions, conferences and meetings since the casino's right there.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay over at the resort. I believe with the improvements that they are making, they will have a totally new resort in 3-5 years' time. I hope to come back by then.
