Had Continental Breakfast only, which was not real good. Did not have the BrightSide Breakfast, it said it was suppose to have. I have always stayed at LaQuinta because of the great breakfast. Real disappointment.

Traveled there in October for a fall trip. Got a really great rate on our room and when we checked in we were upgraded to a suite because we are members of the rewards program. Because of our Elite status we were given a two room suite. Sweet, it had a fabulous view of Pikes Peak. We then added a couple more days to our stay because it was a good place to stay. Breakfast was a little lacking. Only Otis Spunkmeyers toaster waffles, juice, yogurt , bagels, muffins and cereal. Staff was nice and housekeeping was great.

Room Tip: Some rooms on the second floor have great view s of Pikes Peak.

We just stayed 5 days at this clean, and well maintained hotel. We planed on three, but once there extended the stay two more days. The staff is very friendly, and facility very well maintained. Great internet service

We needed a place to stay overnight on our way to Denver. Booked the rooms online. Easy to get to from rt. 25. Rates were good and the rooms are very clean and new. Enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning too.

We chose La Quinta because it accepts pets and we were on the road traveling from Wyoming to Texas. Most of the La Quintas we have stayed at are nice. This one, however, is OLD. The area is great, but the rooms open to the outside and the layout of the hotel is very strange. It is a maze of hallways. The carpet in our room was so dirty that I had to wear socks, which were black from the carpet. The shower tub floor actually moved. The room was decorated very simply with old furnishings and the layout of the room was extremely strange. At first glance I thought we were given a room with no restroom. The door to the restroom was actually behind the door to the room when opened. That is why when I opened the door to the room, I saw no restroom. The towels were very thin and scratchy, The bedding was so-so and the breakfast was atrocious. We chose to go somewhere else rather than eat what was being served. There is a coffee maker in the room, an iron and ironing board, and a blowdryer. If you are just plain exhausted and need to stop or are on a budget, then stay here. Otherwise, head elsewhere.
