“" The Best Staff and Management Ever "”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

I needed lodging for a long term stay that was pet friendly. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect. The entire staff, from housekeeping to management is outstanding. Not only myself, but my 3 large dogs have been welcomed and very well cared for. I have lodged at various hotel/motels across the states and this establishment is by far the best. You are not just a guest and room number here. You are treated as family. The free continental breakfast is very well done. You have the choices from bagels to biscuits n gravy n sausage. This is no cereal n coffee breakfast. The rooms are VERY clean and accommodating. Anyone planning a trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado with pet need to stay here why pay more and be treated like a guest, be treated like family

Room Tip: You are treated as family The entire staff, from housekeeping to management is outstanding. Anyone...

The front desk staff were nice and friendly, but the service staff are extremely rude and unfriendly. The room smelled horrible! It smelled like dog Urine, and musty old cigarette smoke. The comforter had burn holes in it, and the curtain set up was broken. For $10 more my family could have stayed at the Hilton gardens next door where the rooms do not stink! (Other parties in my group stayed there and I had to check it out). Overall very disappointed, and I will never recommend this place to anybody!

This is my preferred hotel when booking Colorado Springs. Everything works, modern amenities, clean and well cared for. High speed Internet that is actually high speed. Great hot breakfast that changes daily-not the usual stake pastries and cereal you get elsewhere. Sausage gravy and biscuits eith scrambled eggs one day, eggs and bacon, cheese inlets and ham. Best if all the hot breakfast is free. Great staff of friendly people who are attentive to your needs. Love this place.

This is a great family place to stay. They have airport shuttle but for some reason it didn't pick us up. We called the hotel when he didn't show up and thee manager said "take a cab and we will pay for it."...Wow..that was very nice of them. The price is very reasonable and the breakfast is different every day, which is a plus when staying three days. One thing to remember is there is no elevator for this two story hotel. The pool is a nice size but could use a little bit of work.

Room Tip: NO elevator

When you visit the Springs a good place to check out is this little comfort inn it has reasonable price and comfortable beds, It is also at a good location for it's central placing. If you are visiting with the family you have many activities like the local zoo, Garden of the Gods, also the North Pole, also in September you have the Balloon Glow. For clean Rooms an good rest give this little place a try.

this hotel was Nice. Not bad, not amazing. Staff was kind & helpful rooms were clean & spacious. Nice bedding, comfy bed & pillows. My only concern was the frame around the door was very thin, could hear convos in the hallways from people passing by. Other than that i would stay here again. Breakfast isn't amazing but it'll do. Area was a lil out in the middle of nowhere feeling to me but pleasant. Nice hotel for the price!
