Large rooms with all amenities a traveler could want, full kitchen, even a dishwasher. Also wi-fi and hard wired internet. a modernized ventilation system with wall thermostat.
Now the downsides: Housekeeping was not up to par, we had to go to the front desk on 2 different occasions, once for coffee packets, once for bathroom tissue, both had not been replaced. The room was not vacuumed for 3 straight days and the bed was halfway made and left on one occasion.

The breakfast is similar to lower priced hotels but considering the full room kitchen that was understandable.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Convenient location to Garden of the Gods and inner mountain access via US24.

Room Tip: Hotel is pet friendly, so if you want quiet I suggest the 3rd floor which I was told was completely pet free, I was on the 2nd floor and was awakened by a barking dog more than once during a week stay.

We stayed five nights in a two-room suite at this property after leaving the TownPlace Suites South (near the airport). We had six nights booked at the South property, but left after one due to the horrible location (it's worse than it appeared on a map).

On to this property. It is completely renovated. Our room was completely updated with new furniture, new carpet, new decor, stainless appliances, etc, etc.

This property is very centrally located. Close to both shopping/restaurants and scenic/touristy areas. It's also very close to I-25 for quick travel to Denver. Minutes from Garden of the Gods.

I would highly recommend this hotel, especially over the other TownePlace.

Close to the Garden of the Gods if you are interested in sunrise or sunset photography. Spacious, clean rooms and a comfortable bed---friendly, helpful staff. Good location relative to dining and travel to Denver and/or the Great Sand Dunes.

Room Tip: The first floor was easy-in and easy-out relative to luggage and quiet.

Rooms had nice wooden floors, comfortable bed, large desk area and kitchen. The hotel was totally booked yet was very quiet. The staff was warm and friendly and the breakfast bar was well stocked. The only issue that came up was the room card activation device was broken upon check-in. The desk clerk was very professional and let me into my room and brought me a key within a very short period of time. I plan to stay here again upon my next visit to Colorado Springs.
