Room was filthy and management unfriendly. Go ahead and drive to the bad part of town and spend $25 on the worst motel you can find. It probably will be cleaner.

Even though the motel is located right off I-25 it is a nightmare to get in and out of. Its on a little tiny side street with very inconvenient access sometimes requiring multiple U-turns on the major to enter and exit.

Dear guest,

I apologize if you felt your stay was unsatisfactory in anyway. We were undergoing renovations at the time that you stayed here, and I do apologize if that compromised cleanliness. If you ever happen to come back to Colorado Springs, please allow us a second chance to right our wrong.

Sincerely,
Yeon Moon

This place was horrible!!! The place is sketchy. Druggies running a muck!! Trash everywhere! The rooms was cleanish but it smelled horrible. The furniture is from the 70's and pretty rough around the edges. The bedding was funky. I hardly ever give bad reviews and usually think people are being too harsh but not in this case. Listen to the reviews and run far away. The Super 8 next door looked better from the outside and the rooms where inside so at least you had a barrier between yourself and the random people out and about. This room has balconies that have glass patios between you and the rest of the world. It is not screened in at all and no fencing around the area. Just leave like we did after being there 20 minutes even though it was a pre-paid room!!!

Dear guest,

I apologize if you felt your stay was unsatisfactory in anyway. Most people really enjoy the external patio area as opposed to being cooped up in their room, some sort of screening is a very good idea, we will definitely consider putting something like that in. We were undergoing renovations at the time that you stayed here, and I do apologize if that compromised cleanliness. If you ever happen to come back to Colorado Springs, please allow us a second chance to right our wrong.

Sincerely,
Yeon Moon

The manager was very helpful and friendly probably to make up for the total lack of maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel. The halls and hotel public areas were very dirty and unkept. Cigarette butts everywhere - The rooms were very dirty. Conforter full of cigarette burns. Very iffy Would try one of the other numerous hotels around that area before staying there again. Gross!

Room Tip: Don't stay there

Dear guest,

I apologize if you felt your stay was dissatisfactory in anyway. I also apologize if you felt that the halls ways were unkept in any way. I will speak with our staff personally regarding hallway cleanliness. If you ever happen to come back to Colorado Springs, please allow us a second chance to right our wrong.

Sincerly,
Yeon Moon
