“Excellent Dinner”
Reviewed June 23, 2013

We enjoyed our dinner at The Summit very much. We had one order of the day boat Cod and one order of the pan roasted, potato crusted halibut. The cod was quite nice and the halibut was world class. Tables at The Summit are close together and on crowded evenings, it can be a bit noisy; however, the food and service are just terrific.

“Sunday Brunch at The Broadmoor”
Reviewed June 11, 2013 via mobile

We were seated half an hour prior to our reservation as we had arrived early. Wait staff and servers were friendly, maybe even a bit over attentive. Price was reasonable at $45 per adult. Selections in the buffet were generous, but not the most extravagant. The main attraction here was the dessert selection. My favorite was the filled chocolate French macaroon. The only downside was the red lipstick on the glass of my fresh orange juice, which was quickly replaced after I pointed out to the waitress. Valet parking was complimentary for guests of the hotel and restaurant.

“Love this restaurant!”
Reviewed June 7, 2013

Great food, excellent and innovative menu. Wonderful wine list and a sommelier who knows what he is doing. We love returning to The Summit whenever we visit the Springs. The Angry Trout is a great dish.

“Excellent meal, nice atmosphere”
Reviewed May 20, 2013

We wanted a bit more casual evening and the Summit fit the bill. It was a nice evening with suggested wines from their sommelier, great appetizers and excellent main courses.
