I really liked this hotel. Immaculate rooms, nice free breakfast with healthy options. The staff was also super friendly. Loved the extra pillows on the bed.

We were visiting our son in the Air Force at Peterson AFB. Location is very convienent to the base and or airport. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Very well worth the price.
This hotel is very very clean. Baskets of FREE apples in lobby and great hospitality. Rooms are suite-like. You first walk in to a semi-room with desk, kitchenette, sofa area and then proceed to room with beds, tv, bathroom, etc. Very nice and clean. Only negative about hotel was that beds were too soft and dipped in the middle width-wise. Also, location was odd. Close to airport - although you didn't hear any airplanes. A bit of a drive to visit Manitou Springs and attractions in Colorado. Didn't bother us much though. Really cool restaurant next door called Airplane Restaurant. You sit in an actual old flyer and has lots of historical memorablia inside. Good food and prices. I HIGHLY DO NOT recoomend the restaurant, Stage Coach, in Manitou Springs! Way overpriced and charge you for any extras. They draw you in stating they're a "family restaurant" but prices high and they charge you $2.50 to share a meal without telling you. Little food on big plate- waste of money!
Excellent customer service, however, at hotel!!!
Nice four story hotel, but obviously made mostly out of wood, and disappointed in lack of noise reduction construction methods. Can often hear neighbors moving about and can hear the jailhouse type locks several rooms down. Room doors need to be sealed better. Internet limited to 400K unless you are willing to pay $9 a day (a new concept!).
Great continental breakfast with waffles. Staff was great. They
I had a cozy and highly affordable stay in this spacious Springhill Suites location. The staff members were extremely friendly, breakfast was great, and I felt right at home.
I have staed at this hotel about 5 times in the last year.
It is quite near the airport and Peterson AFB and is a convenient place to stay. There is suprisingly little outside noise but some room-to-room noise.
The rooms are typical for a “Suite” hotel having a bedroom section that is separated from a living room/kitchen section. The two sections can not be isolated.
The kitchen contains a refrigerator (no freezer section), a microwave, and a sink. The bathroom area has its toilet and shower in a separate room from the sink. This has advantages and disadvantages. Someone can use the sink while someone else is in the toilet/shower area and the mirror over the sink doesn’t steam up, but the sink area is not isolated from the bedroom area so that use of the sink could disturb someone else sleeping.
The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast provided is typical: breads, some pastries, waffles, oatmeal and dry cereals.
One advantage of this over other hotels in the area is that it has sidewalks near it so you can jog or walk. The only restaurant within walking distance is in the nearby Ramada Inn.
