Nice place. Very clean. Lovely little shops to explore. Some history along the walks from mining days. People in shops quite friendly. Nice way to spend a few hours.

Old Colorado City is quaint and interesting. You can wander around the old city and visit the old style shops. I was a little disappointed that there were no old saloons in operation. We enjoyed our afternoon here

Not as many dinner options as I was hoping for but it was a nice walk on a hot summer evening. Several shops offering all sorts of nicknacks.

Manitou's a lot better. We did like The Michael Garmin Magic Town and the Simpich Marionette Show and Museum. The rest has been done before... and with much more élan.

If you love to shop, you'll love Old Colorado City! Lots of art galleries, antique stores, and souvenir shops. Restaurants galore! Prepare to do a lot of walking, you'll want to check out each and every shop! My favorite place is the Rocky MOuntain Chocolate Factory. Home made fudge, caramels and candies. Fresh caramel apples, or even cinnamon caramel apples! Delicious year round.
