We were given a tour through the exhibits by an extremely knowledgeable volunteer. If you are interested in aviation, worth a visit.

Great tour provided by Don. Wide variety of functional WWII aircraft. All aircraft fly. Tour includes repair shops and photo displays. History travel lines helped explain how the aircraft fit into history.

We loved this place, admission price is great for all the detailed info you receive from the docents who give you a tour. You can do a self tour but then aren't able to see as many displays or planes. Highly recommend to anyone interested in the history of our WWII planes

Our docent was extremely knowledgeable and encouraged questions. We would have liked to spent more time to look at the displays but the museum was closing. You also get to see where planes are restored. You don’t need to be a history or WW II buff to enjoy this wonderful museum. Wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking and standing but I believe they have a wheelchair.

I was astounded at the pristine condition of the exceptional variety of WW II aircraft this museum has restored, some from nothing more than rusted hulls recovered from Pacific islands. Some also are very historical, and some are one-of-a-kind. It was an amazing display of aircraft few have ever seen, other than in the movies.
