“Best breakfast in town!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 17, 2013

It's great to suppot local businesses, nice to be in a relaxed laid back environment with pictures of the Colorado Spring history and dishes named for local attractions but to also get the best in food....well, that's just too much to pass up! They have great omlettes and my wife always goes with the Eggs Benedict....I go for the oatmeal breakfast. First, it brings back great memories of growing up....Second, it's just GOOD! A busy place and not a huge waiting area so be prepared to wait a bit. But it's well worth it. Enjoy!

The most delicious bloody marys in town. Food is also quite tasty. They quite a large selection for breakfast & lunch. Huge pancakes, omelettes, breakfast burritoes, etc.

“Great breakfast and atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

Anytime we are in Springs and want breakfast, we automatically head for the Omelette Parlor. The decor is great. Enlarged copies of old photos, a display relating to an early owner of the building, skylights, booths, plants and even a fireplace set the tone. The menu makes for delightful reading with all of the dishes served bearing tongue in cheek names relating to the area. My favorite omelette is the 11 Mile-Almost, referring to nearby 11 Mile Reservoir, and consisting of eggs, Swiss cheese, avocado and "almost" seafood (imitation crabmeat). While their OP potatoes are good, we always substitute with the fruit which is usually 3 slices of melon, fresh pineapple slice and grapes.

“Great options for omelettes”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2013

Love the environment of the place. Inside reminds me of an old fashioned diner in a small town. Prices are ok. The food is a hit or miss. You may get an amazing Omelette one day, then the next time you go it's ok. My fried potatoes are always cold. Must make a huge batch at a time. Service is ok. Not the best.

“Saturday Brunch”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

The Omelette Parlor is a must stop visit when visiting or living in Colorado Springs. From the warm mountain atomosphere brought into the city to the down home loving wait staff, you are immediately immersed in the aura of your surroundings. Then comes the unique menu with any sort of omelette you could imagine, not to mention the numerous other menu items. Oh, and did I mention the AWESOME wait staff (of course I did, I just can't say it enough)!! You must stop by and taste a high altitude breakfast at a reasonable price to experience what Colorado breakfast time really is!!
