“Never again”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

Today is my mothers 50th birthday and she wanted to go to red robins for lunch. The service was horrible. The watress was rude. We asked for fries and she forgot them then when she remembered she blamed it on someone else. When she brought the fries out she forgot the ranch dressing. Our soups came out with the meal not before. She handed us our food and before we could ask for anything else or if we needed anything she left. Never asked us how our food was. We came in with birthday gifts and told them its her birthday so they would sing to her but she brought the check and left. Forgot to tell the rest of the staff who does the birthday about it. She didnt even ask if we wanted desserts or anything else. Our glasses became empty more than once. We asked for change in fives and ones and she came back with all fives. The resturant was very loud. Overall my family and I were extreamly disapointed with our visit and our waitress.

“Bottomless fries”
Reviewed December 11, 2012

The wait staff is accomodating and the choices are great for families. The atmosphere is too chaotic for dining. It is best for families wiht kids. The food pleases its target audience.

“Great Meal”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

My wife and daughter ate here recently just before dropping the daughter off at the Springs Airport. We were looking for a place where we could linger over the meal and an iced tea without feeling rushed as we were early for the flight. Not only was our meal outstanding but the service was top notch. Even though we hogged the table a little longer than most, we never felt rushed by our server. Wife wife loves the Chicken Tortilla soup here. I had the Burnin' Love burger and was glad that it came wrapped in paper as it was one the the juciest burges I have had in quite a while; spicy hot too! Daughter had the Arctic Cod and Chips along with a side of Mac and Cheese. No room for dessert, but they looked really good on the menu. We usually get the Tower of Onion Rings but didn't this time. Try them, they are really good.

“Endless Fries are the best thing here”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

RR's burgers have dropped in quality over the years. Smash Burger, 5 Guys and even some of the Carl's Jr burgers are better and less expensive. I still go at times for the endless steak fries.

“Great food and friendly staff!”
Reviewed September 12, 2012

We have been frequenting Red Robin's ever since we found they have delicious gluten-free options. This Red Robin, like many of the others, is clean and the food always comes out perfect. The staff is attentive and friendly as well. My only dislike about the chain is that it can be a bit pricey for what it is...but they are not out of line for what many competitors charge. They also have a loyalty club that lets you rack up points for free food, so don't forget to ask to join if they don't offer.
