King chef has truly the best breakfast burritos and green chili in town. I have yet to find better. Sure, the chain restaurants are always a safe bet, but King Chef is unique and delicious. There's always a wait because of how good it is!

My wife, daughter and myself went to the original location at 110 East Costilla for breakfast yesterday. My daughter had the French toast and ate all of it (she's usually a light eater.) My wife got the breakfast sandwich on sourdough and also loved it. I got the Breakfast Burrito with Colorado green chili on top and chorizo inside along with crispy hash browns, 2 scrambled eggs, grilled onions and shredded cheese. Highly recommend this location, super small and the staff was awesome.

We ate an omelet for breakfast and were very pleased. The ham in the omelet was very tasty and we found out it was Black Forest Ham. Everything was delicious.

We ate at the second location on Bijou Street. The area was great, with a park across the street, and many unique shops in the area. We all loved the food, especially the burritos!

We ate breakfast on our last day of our trip to Colorado Springs based on a local's recommendation. It did not disappoint! There were many delicious items on the menu and we took our server's recommendations and all ordered a variety of dishes. Our son and his friend ordered The Grump in a half portion and it was still enormous! The portions are beyond generous and the servers are friendly and attentive. The coffee is good and strong and the brewed tea is also very good. This place is definitely one to try especially if you are looking to fill up for the day!
