Fargo's was recommended to us as soon as we got there by some locals. We went and it was beautiful and very unique. But, as far as pizza goes it was average to me. It is a good place for kids since it is loud but I probably wouldn't go again.

This place was recommended by a friend who has fond memories here. The outside is shabby. The inside feels old, but has so much character. We like the Victorian costumes the employees wear and the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling! The kids enjoyed putting a quarter in the piano and listening to it play and waiting for the music to start again. The salad and pizza were tasty too!

Fargo's used to be the place to go after high school football games and special local events. It is the place of numerous treasured memories for a huge chunk of the population who grew up here, including me. So what has happened to THAT Fargo's... because the Fargo's that exists today is merely a ghost of days gone by. The Victorian theme has been whittled away bit by bit over the years until it is barely recognizable as a "thing" today. Pizza tastes about the same, but that actually stands in testament to the fact that Fargo's was all about atmosphere, friendship and good times. Without those elements, it is just kind of sad and shabby. Staff has no enthusiasm for their work that is apparent. Tables are wiped but didn't feel or smell clean. Salad buffet was disappointingly limited in selection for the price and everything tasted like cheap substitutions for better food. The pizza tastes like low quality toppings on a crust made of salt-free soda crackers. The entire experience is pleasant, but not exceptional or exciting... and that's exactly what made Fargo's such a special place back in the day. Today, it is more like a holodeck/replicated experience than an actual good time with good food. Fargo's needs to quit cutting corners and going cheap on every detail of the dining experience, and they will thrive once again.

When I was a kid I remember going to Fargo's Pizza and loving it. I just took my kids there and they enjoyed it and it was neat to go back for the memories. The atmosphere is a 1900's parlor and really the best part of the place. The pizza is average and a good salad bar. Everything is essentially self serve. They're a bit cheap on the drinks with no refills and don't go through the salad bar more than once! It's worth going to for the experience and kids, but don't expect to be blown away by the food.

For our first visit the 4 of us had the giant pepperoni with pineapple! It was delicious! The root beer is great! The old western theme atmosphere was a lot of fun. Cool place to go for lunch. The price isn't bad at all!
