This early evening we dined at Walter's Bistro while the outside temperature was about 90 degrees. The inside with its pleasant and upscale decor and comfortable climate control, afforded and excellent ambiance. Their signature lobster bisque soup with Cognac scented creme fraiche was to die for. The pork tenderloin was prepared as requested and accompanied with herb spaetzle and wild board sausage that all worked very well together. A lighter Argentine Malbec was selected and accompanied the cuisine perfectly. The waitstaff team worked very efficiently together and provided excellent service throughout the evening.
