I have been to Dion's in New Mexico so was excited to see them come to Colorado.
This is one of those places where you order at the counter, and they call your name when your order is ready and you go get it. No frills. You grad paper plates and plastic cutlery near the counter. They have a stepped up area where the kids can go to see the pizzas being made. The restaurant is pretty big, clean and efficiently run.
Menu is pizza, salads and sandwiches. You can order a whole pizza or just a slice if you want. The pizzas I find are nothing special, but they are not bad. The salads are really good, and your can order them in 3 different sizes which is nice. Even the dressings are good. I have not tried the sandwiches, but my husband has and he says they are good. You can order fountain drinks by the glass, or cheaper by the pitcher.
I am not sure if they deliver, but they have a drive up window to pick up your phone-in orders. Looks like you can order online - have not tried that.
Overall, its not great pizza, but not bad, and its nice to have something a little different than the others in town.
