It is a great place to bring the family. The kids can handfeed the giraffes. It is built on the side of a mountain so lots of up and down walking .but great views.. Also if you can make it to the grizzly bear enclosure for the special times. You get a really up close and personal with the bear.

This is a great zoo but I would wait to go until May or after. We were there on 3/16, and there were a lot of empty exhibits due to construction of new exhibits.

This is a great zoo on the side of a mountain! Beautiful surroundings! Giraffes galore!! They have a platform for guests and food to purchase to feed them. Also, great area to view Orangutans and other primates. Feeding times for animals are posted so you can watch.

Feeding the giraffes was amazing and especially watching the kids.
Walking through the zoo requires a lot of hill climbing and can be a bit tiring.
