I'm pretty picky when it comes to hotels, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations. Beautiful rooms that are super clean. I love a hot shower, so the giant double shower was heaven for me! The only thing that could make the hotel better would be if it had a pool/hot tub, but I understand that's nearly impossible in an older building like this. They've really done a fabulous job renovating the building into a luxury hotel. Will be our go-to place when we are in the area. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Nice hotel with friendly staff and beautiful large rooms with separate bathroom area. Great layout. This hotel has an interesting history and is an actual renovated mining exchange. The location is great, and is near resteraunts and shops. A nice surprise was city rock which was recommended by staff. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night

We stayed in a suite and paid extra for our six year old to have a roll away bed. The suite faces an alleyway that they utilize for weddings. The celebration was extremely loud. I had to try and drown it out with the television which also kept the entire family awake. Needless to say it was nearly one in the morning before the situation was managed. I called the concierge and they agreed it was loud but did nothing about it nor did they offer to compensate us for our horrible evening.

The hotel is clean. You will need to pay to park your car. There is a loading zone in front of the hotel that allows for thirty minutes. Upon our arrival, the staff told us we have ten minutes to move our car?!?

We have vacationed in the springs for six years and stayed at the Cheyenne mountain resort every year except this year. Thought we would try something different since this was ranked so high in trip advisor- we paid the price. If you stay here ask for a room that is no where near this side of the hotel and perhaps you'll have a better stay than we did.

Room Tip: Stay away from any area that faces the alleyway where they hold their weddings.
